Plant and Machinery
Many printers can manage to overprint envelopes on a variety of different presses with varying results and run speeds. However, there is a significant difference between printing flat sheets on conventional presses and printing envelopes as a pre-formed item (because of the double thickness and also formation of the envelope itself). Consequently, we rely on specialist plant and machinery in order to achieve high quality, cost-effective print runs which will predominantly be from one of the machines as shown below.
Whilst there is an obvious overlap in terms of capabilities of certain machines, we always aim to print and produce your requirements on the most appropriate machine based on speed, quality and suitability for stock/print coverage. In doing so and using the most efficient production methods, it allows us to pass on those cost-savings to you, the customer.
